You’re a woman after my own heart.! I’m a 78 year old retiree that volunteers at a thrift shop that provides funds for developmentally disabled adults. Can you imagine a better win-win situation?
Sewing, quilting, crafts; keep me engaged and creative to possibilities of using ALL that’s available to us. Even if I wasn’t o a limited income, I’m sure I’d still be looking for re-inventing ideas.
Good luck to you.

Hi Rosemarie,
I can’t imagine a better way to retire than what you are doing. I’m also a big believer in challenging yourself and finding ways to involve yourself in the community to keep active, healthy, and vibrant.
I’d love to see some of your projects sometime!
Happy Fourth of July!
Beth

I love your blog and your wonderful ideas. Have you seen the aprons made from men’s shirts? Also my 4-H sewing club recently made “activity aprons” for figidity elementary students that used recycled clothing.
Keep of the creativity!
And the Kreative Blogger Award goes to…..brrrrrrr (drum roll)….Chic envelopments!
For being such an inspiration & an amazing refashionista I’m passing the honour on to you! check it out:
