Can you tell I’m not a big fan of the restricting crew neck? If crew neck shirts give you claustrophobia too, you can click here to find out another way to open up a neckline.

Thank you for your kind words, Sharon! Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. 🙂 Happy Sewing!
Hello! I really love this easy tutorial. Is it not necessary to finish the “v”?
Hi Sandra, Since it’s a knit, it won’t fray. But if you’d like it to have more structure, you could add some facing or interfacing to the underside.
I’m going to try this on the side at the hem! I’ve seen them pre-made but never thought of doing it myself! Tx for the inspiration.
Oh what a great idea Anna! I’d love to see a picture when you do it.
Sooooo cute! You scored once again!
Awwwwww, thanks so much, you brightened my day!
That’s cute
Thank you!!
Thanks! I’m definitely going to try this. I also like Anna’s idea of doing it on the side hem. Sounds like a great way to get more room at the hip.
I’m so glad you’re going to try this Liz! Let me know how it goes.
This sweatshirt looks so cute! I really like this neck line and want to try this tutorial. Thanks a lot for the idea.
Thanks! I hope you’ll get a chance to try this.
