Looks like you and your family had a lovely day. Beautiful photos!
We really did! The whole family was there except my son in law who had to work. Thanks for visiting!
A fun day at the river~can’t beat that!
Yep! Can’t beat that!!!
Wonderful family time together! Nothing better than that!
We did have fun! We missed Adam though.
Very cute
Thanks!
Family time is the best time. Looks like a wondeful day!

Paula,
We did have fun even though the fishing was slow. Nothing like getting to spend time together!
Enjoy your Memorial Day!
Beth
A beautiful place to make family memories. 😀
We really are fortunate to live among so much incredible beauty! Didn’t matter that the fishing was slow!
Hope you get to enjoy your day!
Beth
Beth . . . that first picture is precious.
Hope you and your whole family enjoyed a wonderful day together, making memories and just being in one another’s presence.

Cara,
I was THRILLED to get that shot. Not an easy feat with an active, curious, excited, fast moving 3 year old. She sure loves her Papa Steve!
Hugs,
Beth
This is too adorable. :]
I’m jealous of that view, though! It’s so stunning!
Thanks! Sometimes I have to remind myself how lucky we are to live in such an incredibly beautiful place!
Enjoy your day!
Beth
I love family moments like these. Awesome photos!
Thank you Alice!
Your pictures are awesome, Beth. Glad you guys had a great day! Make as many memories as possible.
Thanks Char! That Brookie sure loves her Papa Steve!!!
Love the pics! Especially first one, so darn cute 🙂 now I gotta know, what’s that swimming around in the water in the second to last picture?!
Ha! I checked out the picture again and I do see what you’re talking about…..there are some mighty big catfish in that river….but my guess would be a big log. They are just raising the levels again and loads of things get washed in from shore.
Let’s just say it’s the Loc Powder Monster…… 🙂
Ooooh yes! I like that, the loc powder monster 🙂
Yum fish!
🙂
What stunning pictures! Beautiful family in a beautiful setting captured by beautiful photography! Definitely memories to savour!

Thank you so much Tracey! We did have a good time!
Beth
Gorgeous photos! Looks like everyone had a fantastic time fishing!
I just nominated you for the “One Lovely Blog Award” here (http://wp.me/p2du4c-a1). Please don’t feel obligated to pass it along if you don’t want to — it’s just my way of saying, “I like your blog! I really do!”
Beautiful moments captured beautifully! Well done.
Awwww, thank you!
All of the pictures are amazing, but that first one tugs at my heart! Love it
Me too! I get a little emotional every time I look at it! My husband truly loves his children and grandchildren. There is nothing better than spending time with them in his book!
Hi! I’ve been stopping by your blog from time-to-time and enjoy seeing your projects. However, when you posted this one, I have to ask… are you at the Powder River in Southeast Montana? I taught for one year near the Powder River and thought that it looks familiar!
Thanks for stopping by! The Powder River in these pictures is actually in Eastern Oregon on the Idaho border.
Do you still teach?
Beth
